Preschool Enrollment:

Once the tour is completed, the following items must be provided in order to register:

  • A completed registration form, provided by GCA
  • A completed up – to – date immunization record signed by the doctor or clinician
  • A copy of the child’s original birth certificate
  • The $100.00 registration fee (non-refundable)
  • If registering for the summer program only, the fee is $40 (non-refundable)

Childcare Enrollment:

K-12 Enrollment:

  1. Schedule an appointment with the appropriate administrator for a tour of the school. If possible bring:
    1. A copy of the prospective student’s birth certificate if entering school for the first time.
    2. Custody papers, if applicable.
    3. The last report card.
    4. The latest standardized test scores.
  2. Submit a completed application along with a one-time, non-refundable $75 application fee
    1. Bring to current school:
      1. Signed Permission to Release Records Form
      2. Teacher Reference Form(s)
  3. Schedule an interview/screening for the prospective student after the above have been received from the current school.
  4. At acceptance, the completed and signed registration and related forms are submitted along with a copy of the current immunization record, and a copy of the custody records, if applicable. The non-refundable registration fee, Curriculum/Book fee (and the first month’s tuition if enrollment occurs in August or later) is paid through FACT Tuition Management System.
  5. All new students are accepted on a 9-week basis. Acceptance and re-enrollment are reviewed annually.

Note: GCA does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or natural origin. It does, however, reserve the right to refuse admittance to any student who has special needs (i.e. emotional, behavioral, physical, academic) for which the school feels it is not sufficiently equipped to satisfy either at the time of admittance or if found to be true after enrollment has occurred.
