Enrollment Process for Elementary and Middle School 2010-2011

I.    Schedule an appointment with the director to request a tour of the school and an interview.  Bring to the interview:

A.  A copy of the prospective student’s birth certificate
B.  Custody papers if applicable
C.  The last report card
D.  The latest standardized test results

II.   Submit a completed application along with:

A.  A nonrefundable one-time $50 application fee
B.  Copy of an up-to-date immunization record
C.  Signed Permission to Release Records Form

III.  Schedule an interview/screening for the prospective student.

IV. At acceptance completed and signed registration forms are submitted along with:

A.  The annual registration fee (non-refundable)
B.  First month’s payment if enrollment occurs as late as August or during the school year.
C.  Book Fee if July or later
D.  Health Consent and Waiver Form

V.  All new students are accepted on a 9-week trial basis.  Acceptance and reenrollment are reviewed annually.

Note: GCA does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or natural origin.  It does, however, reserve the right to refuse admittance to any student who has special needs (i.e. emotional, behavioral, physical, academic) which the school is not sufficiently equipped to satisfy.

I sincerely feel that GCA's education is above the normal educational experience and my husband and I are sincere in saying that our children will both be better equipped for having attended Guardian Christian Academy.
