Across the country the fourth Wednesday of September is “See you at the pole” (SYATP). This is a time when Christian students and their parents come together at the flagpole and pray for their school, community, and those in leadership. In public schools it is a student run event. In Christian schools we have the freedom and privilege to encourage staff, students, and parents to come together to unite in prayer for our school, children in other schools, and for the children of our nation.
Join students, parents, and others in prayer around the flagpole at 7:30 a.m., Wednesday, September 25. Let’s exercise our freedom to pray and to glorify Him for who He is and what He does. This year’s theme is “Fix Your Eyes” with the scripture of Hebrews 12:2.
If it is raining, we will meet in the church atrium (by the couches).
